DOP PAO-4 Oil Reagents

A Grade Above
ATI offers the highest quality, industrystandard oil reagents for use in conjunction with oil aerosol generators. Our reagents are used for in situ leakage testing and production quality control efficiency testing of high efficiency air filters. ATI oil aerosol reagent products are suitable for government, nuclear, and FDA-regulated testing applications.

A Choice of Reagents
ATI offers both DOP (Di-2-ethyl hexyl phthalate, aka DEHP) and PAO-4 (polyalphaolefin) reagents for use in filter testing applications.

DOP/DEHP Reagent
ATI products include DOP-based reagents (Chemical Abstract System ID 117-81-7) commonly used in U.S. Department of Energy testing and NIOSH respirator cartridge developmental and quality assurance testing. (Domestic United States sales only.)

PAO-4 Reagent
ATI also offers four-centistoke PAO-4 (Chemical Abstract System ID 68649-12-7 and/or 68037-01-4). These reagents offer a U.S. Food & Drug
Administration-approved alternative to DOP in FDA-regulated filter leakage testing applications. PAO is approved by the U.S. Army Surgeon General and is used by the United States military as a substitute for DOP in their filter and mask testing processes.

Product Configuration
ATI Oil Aerosol Reagents are available in both 1 gallon and 5 gallon containers. Larger volumes may be available upon request.

The Right Grade
ATI offers the highest quality, leak-test PSL Aerosol Reagents (aka microspheres). ATI PSL Aerosol Reagents are used for in-situ leakage testing of high efficiency air filters and filtration systems. ATI PSL aerosol reagents are available in a range of sizes and are ideal for use in the semi-conductor industry and any other application where oil aerosol may be considered an Airborne Molecular Contaminant (AMC).

Ready to use
The ATI PSL aerosol reagents ship premixed and ready to use in 1 gallon containers, offering unmatched convenience and guaranteed quality upon receipt. Ready to use PSL Aerosol Reagents are available in a variety of particle sizes. This variety allows the customer to choose the size most suited for the application by increasing the available particle counts in a specific size range of interest.
Commonly available sizes include 0.13, 0.178, 0.22, 0.33 and 0.54 microns.

Product Configuration

ATI PSL Aerosol Reagents are available in 1 gallon containers. Larger volumes may be available upon request. All reagents supplied by ATI are shipped with our Material Safety Data Sheet. Additionally, a Certificate of Analysis is available for select reagents to satisfy internally driven Quality Assurance program documentation.
